About

Owned and operated by Mary Carr, a native of Wyncote, Pennsylvania. Mary brings a unique combination of leadership, discipline, and entrepreneurial experience to everything she does. A former Division I athlete and honorably discharged U.S. Army veteran, Mary has built her career around service, adaptability, and excellence. Her professional journey has included being named DII Women’s Lacrosse Coach of the Year (2yrs in a row), owning and operating a successful youth sports business, and a strong leader of community initiatives. As a record breaking high school lacrosse coach who won multiple back-to-back State Championships in NH she mentored her athletes and encouraged them to achieve their highest potential in the collegiate realm. Mary led the New Hampshire Youth Lacrosse Organization both as the Girls VP and the Officials Coordinator. The Seacoast Area Youth Lacrosse League was also created with Mary’s guidance and has gone on to introduce the sport to hundreds of boys and girls in the greater Seacoast Region. More recently, Mary has spent the past several years in the residential construction industry in SWFL working for prominent custom home builders in Collier County.

Her proudest accomplishment has been raising two impressive collegiate athletes, both of whom have graduated with honors and are serving their communities within their own line of work.

Years of military service, coaching, business ownership, and community leadership taught Mary that success lies in the details. That same meticulous approach is at the heart of her Home Watch Business, ensuring every property is cared for as if it were her own.
