Owned and operated by Mary Carr. Mary brings a unique combination of leadership, discipline, and entrepreneurial experience to everything she does. A former Division I athlete and honorably discharged U.S. Army veteran, Mary has built her career around service, adaptability, and excellence. Her professional journey has included being named DII Women’s Lacrosse Coach of the Year (2yrs in a row), owning and operating a successful small business, a leader of community initiatives, coaching high school lacrosse athletes to multiple back-to-back State Championships and achieve their highest potential in the collegiate realm. More recently, Mary has spent the past several years in the residential construction industry.

Her proudest accomplishment has been raising two impressive collegiate athletes, both of whom have graduated with honors and are serving their communities within their own line of work.

Years of military service, coaching, business ownership, and community leadership taught Mary that success lies in the details. That same meticulous approach is at the heart of her Home Watch Business, ensuring every property is cared for as if it were her own.
